The most popular jig for
pompano, blues and mackerels in Florida
Some people call them Goofy Jigs,
they are also sold under the name of 'The Jig', Crazy Jig, and a few
others. The design is the same and some people add a feather or a
streamer, but they all catch fish.
When the pompanos, blues or the mackerels
are running, these jigs fly off our shelves. The commercial fishermen
buy them by the box load and the locals make a mad dash for them. We
sell them in packs of five.
At a little over $1/jig, the price is about 1/3
of all the other tackle shops. We have our own molds and that is why we
can bring them to you for such a low price.
