We take pride in the caliber and quality of our pros. Each is more than qualified to offer our customers free and impartial advice on any fishing topics but they do specialize on certain complimentary areas. In all, our pros cover a range of fishing styles across the US.

In addition to providing free expert advice, our pros are licensed captains and available for charter, either on their own boat or our company’s 35’ Everglades.

When not helping customers at our Jupiter store, Mark is busy running his charter business. His 32’ Blackfin (www.freespoolfishingflorida.com)  is the perfect boat for a quick run to our nearby fishing grounds. Mark is always ready to share his extensive knowledge of fishing with customers and friends. Mark is also available as a charter captain for all vessels with a 100 Ton Master License.

Captain Rob Shaughnessy

Rob’s extensive experience in inshore and offshore angling is phenomenal. Rob is a licensed charter captain and frequently run inshore charters aboard his 19 ft. Cape Horn Bay as well as our company’s boat. Rob is also our in-store fly-fishing consultant.

Lance Shaughnessy

Our paddleboard fishing expert and guide is the person to go to for inshore fishing questions in the St Lucie or Jupiter inlet. Lance also runs StingRay’s paddle board program and training. In addition, Lance is an experienced offshore mate and overall sportsman.

Captain John Tobias

John’s extensive experience in big game saltwater makes him a valuable source of information for the correct tackle selection. John is also well versed in the latest fishing techniques and the tackle we sell.  John is  a licensed charter captain and an expert in offshore rigging.

One of the best captains working the Flamingo area of the Everglades National Park, Nestor is an experienced back country guide and the person to ask when fishing or planning to fish the Florida Keys and Biscayne Bay.
