We understand that you may be cautious
about buying a StingRay product from our site sight unseen. We trust
that will join the thousands of customers that are satisfied with their
purchase and return to our stores every season. To put your mind at
ease, we offer a two week (from date of purchase) no questions asked return
policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the StingRay
product, simply send it back to us for a full refund. We will credit
your credit card with the full complete cost of the original purchase,
including outbound shipping. Please return only undamaged and unused
merchandise for a full refund.
Damaged in Transit: If your
StingRay arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and report the damage. You may also call StingRay’s
customer service and we will issue a call tag for the damaged rod(s). We
will immediately reship your order following confirmation.
Mistake or exchange: Please call our Customer Service department and
we will gladly work with you on shipping the correct items to you.
Please notice that we may require additional shipping and pick up charge
depending on the circumstances.
