proud of the quality of our StingRay rods and stand behind every product we
make. We cover each StingRay with two warranties: Our No Hassle Unconditional
Warranty covers your purchase for two years from the date of registration and
the additional Limited Lifetime Warranty assures that you will enjoy your
StingRay for many years to come.
OUR NO-HASSLE TWO YEAR UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY
Should
your StingRay rod fail for any reason whatsoever (including accidental damage)
during your first two years of ownership, simply return the rod to us with a
completed Warranty Service Form or a note describing the problem and your
contact information. Please include a check, money order or credit card
information for return shipping and handling charges*.
Some restrictions apply to products purchased for commercial applications.

OUR NO HASSLE LIFETIME
REPLACEMENT POLICY
If your StingRay rod fails or
becomes damaged after the first two years of ownership, you may send the rod to
us for repair or replacement for the cost of 50% of the current list price of
the rod or similar model, plus return shipping and handling charges *.
ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY
To activate your warranty you
must send the warranty activation card included with each product within 30 days
of purchase from a retailer or on-line store. You may also register your
purchase by visiting our website at www.stingraytackle.com
and choosing the Product Registration link from the menu.
IF YOUR STINGRAY IS NOT REGISTERED
We
consider registration of your new StingRay essential to our quality control and
your total satisfaction experience. By registering your StingRay, you not only
obtain the maximum benefit of our warranty but also make it possible for us to
send you notifications that may affect your product. You will also be entitled
to discounts and information on new products and services.
If you
fail to register your StingRay rod within 30 days from the date of purchase AND
you cannot accurately verify the date of purchase by providing a sales receipt
at the time of the warranty claim, we will apply the terms of our No Hassle
Limited Lifetime Warranty to your claim.
